January Event: Introduction to Personal Kanban I

Kanban is a Japanese word that translates into “signboard” or “billboard,” and is a tool developed in Lean manufacturing but applied to any process. It is a visual scheduling system that allows a team – for any process – to know what needs to be done, what is being done and what has been done. Kanban can be applied to your personal life in many different ways, that’s where Personal Kanban comes in. Personal Kanban is a simple way to visualize and control your work. It is about choosing the right work at the right time. Recognizing why we do the things we do. Understanding the impact of our actions. Creating value and not just product for ourselves, our families, our friends, our co-workers, you name it!

This event will be presented by Alex Rosales, Board Member at Agile Vietnam and passionate Agilist and Entrepreneur. Alex is currently using Personal Kanban to manage his personal life and will be able to share with you all his personal experience with it, as well as helping you start.

“Introduction to Personal Kanban I” will be the first of a series of Personal Kanban events that Alex plans to host throughout the year.
